The light in the window
A character keeps working late, waiting for someone to say it was worth it. One evening, standing outside a lit window, he realizes he can go home without giving up on his dream.
“The light in the window doesn't wait for a medal.”
A quiet verse leaves the voice almost alone. When the character decides to step inside, the drums enter and the chorus opens up.
